If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SurePlan is a digital information service providing planning-related guidance, reports, and insights to help users understand planning considerations for UK properties.

SurePlan does not provide legal advice, planning permission, architectural services, or professional consultancy.

Real-world example:
If SurePlan indicates a proposal is “likely” or “low risk,” this does not mean your council will approve it. Councils can and do decide differently.

You must not rely on SurePlan as a substitute for:

Refunds

Because reports are generated instantly and delivered digitally:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds once a report has been generated

  • Exceptions only where required by UK consumer law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Reports

  • Text

  • Structure

  • Branding

  • Methodology

is owned by SurePlan or its licensors.

You may:

  • Use reports for personal or internal business use

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, or publish reports

  • Use content to create competing products

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurePlan is not liable for:

  • Planning application refusals

  • Financial losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Construction delays

  • Professional fees incurred

  • Decisions made based on reports

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific report.

SurePlan may reference:

We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on third-party information

10. Service Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee:

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
