All sales are final
No refunds once a report has been generated
Exceptions only where required by UK consumer law

Branding
Methodology
is owned by SurePlan or its licensors.
You may:
Use reports for personal or internal business use
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, or publish reports
Use content to create competing products
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurePlan is not liable for:
Planning application refusals
Financial losses
Missed opportunities
Construction delays
Professional fees incurred
Decisions made based on reports
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific report.
